- AAAmber AllenFeb 21, 20262.0My husband and I went in to ship two large packages. The woman immediately gave us like a disgusted look. When we went to the counter she basically looked at the packages and told us we’d have to buy tape and come back when we got done taping it better. I told her that we taped it with the tape that came on the box and asked her if she could give us the tape that she had to just tape the loose corners; she refused. She insisted for us to buy tape and come back later. We didn’t buy tape and left. We went to the Morehead office and the guy there was super nice and gave us the tape and helped us with how to properly tape it. We had never done this before so we were confused. It’s not necessarily what the lady said, it’s how she said it. She was rude and we did not appreciate it.

I know that their job has to be stressful with the hours they work and the disgruntled and sometimes angry customers they can have to deal with. These ladies never loose their cool or say anything back. They just still continue tñdoing there jo o--h-h-h--h-h-by ⁶
- JMJessica momApr 4, 20251.0i would honestly give zero stars if i could, there has been multiple cases where my package was placed in someone else’s mailbox, which i didn’t know that reading the address that was given to you was so hard to locate. they don’t follow delivery instructions, ever since i’ve had problems with them “misplacing” my packages i told them to bring it to my front door, and let me tell you that they can’t follow simple instructions either, if i could choose a different delivery service i would. don’t rely on them for help because they aren’t good for it.
