- JCJustin ChavezOct 27, 20251.0If I could do zero stars believe me I would. They fail to deliver packages that they can easily leave on the doorstep or mailbox due to a dog that isn’t mine. Then, they leave notes saying they missed us even though they could have just left the package. Not to mention my package was torn apart when I went to pick it up from the post office. Apparently they “don’t know” what happened to my package.

I've even called the postmaster general's office in Washington DC and they were going to take care of it the next day but they still haven't taken care of it That was been about 10 years ago. I had One mailbox blown up in two mailboxes stolen and nobody seems to be able to do anything about that either. Once you plant a mailbox it becomes federal property.

Then hangs up and will NOT connect you to a person to explain. My advice don’t order anything that comes through USPS. Only private mailing companies, FedEx or UPS, they hold employees accountable unlike any government funded business.
