Every time I called, I was given a multitude of excuses. The people I spoke to were very nice, and I am more than happy to change my review if either one of my packages mysteriously shows up!

I would recommend they have a quick line for just mailing or dropping off mail sent to a wrong address, and then problem lines, that don't involve mailing items. There also appear to be many people in the building and unfortunately only 1, maybe two at the counter helping customers. I will say that they are very knowledgeable and friendly when you finally get the chance to be waited on, but it is never a quick stop.
