- KCK CDec 27, 20255.0My very first time of coming to this store (2 days before xmas) as I just moved here a week ago. The employees were delightful to my surprise! I even made a joke about their cheerful attitudes during the busiest time of year & was met with slight confusion as to why wouldn't they be happy & helpful this time of year? I had Amazon returns, one of which had a label for my old address across the country & no qr code to scan in the email. The attendant who helped me offered me to email the store my label so they could print it out for me no problem! Then she was able to locate a qr code through my Amazon account for me. BEYOND helpful!!! This is why I moved here to New Bern! You have the most delightful, kind hearted, helpful people! I will say that every UPS delivery driver that has delivered to my house this week has been great as well!
