  I am 80 years old and frequently get confused by the Internet and instructions. I took an item I wish to return to Amazon to the UPS store. A gentleman welcome to me in, made eye contact, which is unusual in stores now and processed my request so carefully. ! I was so grateful. I was sure I would not be able to get a refund. James was exceedingly polite and very patient with me. I would go there again thanks to him.!!

  I have always had the best service at this UPS store & today James helped me when I had a return that I didn’t understand & he was so helpful while being courteous. Great customer service always.
