But then the next day it says they tried to deliver. No ticket, no knock, no door bell. My daughter has been home each time. After calling we were told it would get delivered on the 5th. It hasn’t moved. Basically they figured out a way to steal what I sent. And you can never call them directly. Fed ex as a whole sucks.

They say they can call the New Bern NC center but won't allow the customer to call to make sure their package is there! Their own supervisors don't know what their own website tells you they can do. They say to get "special delivery" on a package, you'll have to pay extra for it to be delivered at a certain time. BUT their website tells you it's FREE !?! How about getting some knowledgeable employees to answer the phones!!
