  Not so many bad reviews here but the ones are on Yelp seem to be more to the truth. The employees here are miserable and rude. I've been here multiple times before and it's always the same. Today I needed to return an Amazon package and the miserable woman behind the counter acted like I was wasting her time. Literally started walking away after the customer before me and then threw her hands up in frustration when she saw me. No "Good Morning" or " Hello. I would have even accepted a "Whatcha need" but nope. No acknowledgement that a customer was right in front of her. The return I had was the in the original packaging and sealed up but I wasn't aware that was wrong. I set the box on the counter and she just huffs and says I need to open the box. Doesn't explain why. Then she throws a pair of sissors on the counter next to the box. So I open the box, again not sure why, and she barks a question at me regarding the two items inside. I answer and then thats it. Doesn't say another word as shes processing them. I finally ask if we're done and she says yes. I start walking away and she barks at me, loudly, that I have to take the empty box with me. Unbelievably rude. Cannot fathom how this miserable woman even has a job and can't fathom what the manager must be like to allow this.

  I needed a few pictures blown up to a poster size. Chip could not have been nicer or more helpful. Really appreciate it!

  Came o to buy a new screen saver for my phone and to have some architectural drawings printed off while waiting on the man in the print center a lady came in to do Amazon returns he helped her ignored me and after he helped her went back to what he was doing and ignored so I put the screen saver down to never return horrible customer service

  Very rude employees, didn't help at all, acted like my dad and son was a disturbance that shouldn't be there...employee behind re-run counter was rude and wouldnt listen to my question, didnt offer to explain anything or help me figure out a issue to the problem, I had to go online to customer service and they helped me no problem

  I don’t love that this is the Amazon drop off location because I’m going to have to keep going and one particular employee is rude. Everyone else is friendly and helpful, but this person seems irritated to be there and should be back of the house with the attitude. Otherwise it’s a staples… and as such is normal for a staples. Most things I’ve checked are priced higher than the competition, but good if you need something immediately from a brick and mortar store or to utilize their other helpful services. Clean and organized well. All the missing stars are purely because of the one employee’s unpleasant attitude.
