- LTLarry ThomasFeb 19, 20261.0This facilty is apparently understaffed as a long wait always occurs when picking up a package. Its nearly always crowded with frustrated customers.
- AVA VJan 8, 20261.0None of my packages are ever delivered to my house which means I’m constantly having to go pick up from the post office which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. Employees pick and choose when to enforce policies like asking for ID when picking up packages. A second location needs to be opened up or they need to clean out house and get better employees.
- KKKim KooglerDec 21, 20251.0I was there at 8:45, 3rd in line to pick up a 36 lb box they are refusing to deliver. Delivery rejected said mail box was full, I guess they no longer drop it off at your door now if it doesn't fit in your box. I was there for full 3 hours!! If you cant deliver the packages, stop excepting the packages to deliver. 3 hrs is ridiculous.
- LLLaurenDec 16, 20251.0The staff are very friendly and helpful. But they are understaffed and the wait is atrocious. You wait in line to give them your pickup slip to then wait in another line for your packages. They won’t even drop my packages at my house as requested.
