Employees pick and choose when to enforce policies like asking for ID when picking up packages. A second location needs to be opened up or they need to clean out house and get better employees.

Delivery rejected said mail box was full, I guess they no longer drop it off at your door now if it doesn't fit in your box. I was there for full 3 hours!! If you cant deliver the packages, stop excepting the packages to deliver. 3 hrs is ridiculous.

It is NOT my job to come and get my package and wait for an hour in line with dozens of others who are doing the same because you're too lazy to do YOUR job when I pay for home delivery! Look at all of the other reviews stating the same. Also, they flat out lie about it with the little slips stating "attempted delivery....mailbox full" etc. Lies, lies and more lies. They don't even attempt to deliver.

I went outside and they were putting a yellow note in my mailbox saying sorry we missed you. They didnt even pull in my driveway just pulled up and stuck the note in my box and I was standing on my porch with the lights on walking towards them and they slammed my mailbox shut and smashed the gas pedal and took off like a bat out of hell.. They didn't wanna do their job and seen I was home walking towards them in my pajamas waving heyyyyy. This in my opinion was very unprofessional and unacceptable now I have to miss another day of work to wait on a package that should have been delivered
