If they don't feel like getting out of the car to deliver something, they just don't and hold your items at the post office; I have attempted to schedule/request redelivery on 3 separate occasions and they never did it. I'm disabled with no car in a town with no public transit or options to get there to pick things up. They also don't EVER answer their phone. Extremely unprofessional shady office.
