- KWKevin WatersSep 2, 20252.0Poor experience with this post office. The employees at the post office are nice. This is a concern about mail delivery. We have a community mailbox and in one instance, the mail person will stuff the mailbox with a package and I am unable to get it out. I had to notify the Post Office to remove it. And today, I get a notice that my Amazon package was delivered to my mailbox. There was nothing in it. I tried to call the local post office and that is a joke. Finally called customer service and they wanted me to wait 45 minutes until I could get a representative. I am absolutely livid with this service.

Packages stuffed in mailbox...had to get a knife to cut open package inside mailbox to get out. Delivering previous owners mail after change of address. Not collecting UTF mail by previous owner. Receiving neighbors mail.
