- ACAlec camp-bellDec 1, 20251.0A weeks worth of packages all arrived at the Moyock PO for delivery per the tracking and scans. 3 separate days they shipped them back out and didn’t deliver. 1 package made it back and has been chilling on out for delivery. Bet that will get changed to delayed tonight. Wish I could say this is the first time. There unpredictability is predictable.

We have a community mailbox and in one instance, the mail person will stuff the mailbox with a package and I am unable to get it out. I had to notify the Post Office to remove it. And today, I get a notice that my Amazon package was delivered to my mailbox. There was nothing in it. I tried to call the local post office and that is a joke. Finally called customer service and they wanted me to wait 45 minutes until I could get a representative. I am absolutely livid with this service.

We have cluster mailboxes in our neighborhood and the post office carrier is putting packages in unlocked random boxes(you know, the boxes that have keys hanging out of them to put in your mailbox). So, you have no idea where your package is because they are not locking the box and putting the key in your mailbox so you know where your package is. Terrible! If they are going to leave the boxes unlocked then they need to just deliver the package to your door step, so you at least now where your package is. I can’t believe that I have to go through all the cluster mailboxes opening the random unlocked boxes to try to hunt down my package.
