- DDDimplezOct 7, 20251.0It’s hard to believe everyone could feel the same way unless it were true — but the consistent experience here really speaks for itself. The staff at this post office are some of the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. There’s rarely a smile, a greeting, or any sense of warmth when you walk in. The atmosphere feels dark and uninviting, which only adds to the unpleasant experience. It’s confusing to see people in a customer service position who seem uninterested in providing even basic courtesy. I often wonder why management doesn’t consider rotating in more welcoming, customer-focused employees. I honestly avoid mailing items here whenever possible. I usually just check my PO Box and leave, because interactions with the staff are consistently cold and uncomfortable. This post office really needs a reset in attitude and environment — customers deserve better.

First time sending one back we have no idea if the card was ever delivered or not, at this point it's presumed lost. $70 lost there. Second time I opted to do tracking, no signature required. Immediately get defaulted to Priority shipping which costs $8 for a $13 item which I didn't need nor want. I should have paid attention to that but I was on my way to work and needed to get moving. Regardless, not what I requested and a colossal waste of my time and money.
