The staff at this post office are some of the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. There’s rarely a smile, a greeting, or any sense of warmth when you walk in. The atmosphere feels dark and uninviting, which only adds to the unpleasant experience. It’s confusing to see people in a customer service position who seem uninterested in providing even basic courtesy. I often wonder why management doesn’t consider rotating in more welcoming, customer-focused employees. I honestly avoid mailing items here whenever possible. I usually just check my PO Box and leave, because interactions with the staff are consistently cold and uncomfortable. This post office really needs a reset in attitude and environment — customers deserve better.
