Today I went in for a return and while I had the wrong label on my phone he told me to “fix it and he’d come back to help he needed to get back to moving boxes.” So that as more important to him than helping me. Then I had to wait for someone else to come do my return. I tried to tell the lady he scanned the wrong label, instead of listening to me she wanted to argue when she could have just scanned the label and been done. I didn’t argue back and told her I didn’t think it was right but ok. I was returning 2 different items and she sent me out the door with 2 receipts for the same item. So now I’m having to fight Amazon to get my refund. I tried to tell her!!! I go to this store a lot and always get rude customer service. Unless the female manger is there black hair and glasses she is really nice. I will now be going to staples or printing it myself and going to a drop off.
