  Very frustrating experience. I paid extra to have my packages held at this UPS Access Point, and customer service over the phone clearly told us that we could pick them up here. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff was not customer-friendly and was not helpful in resolving the issue. We ended up waiting in the car for almost an hour while calling UPS customer service again, only to be told conflicting information. After paying extra for the hold service, it was extremely disappointing that the packages were still refused for release to the customer. Overall, the process was stressful, inconvenient, and poorly handled

  I had a great experience at UPS during my recent drop-off. KB was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the process. She made everything smooth and quick, and her friendly attitude really stood out. It’s always nice to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you, KB, for doing a fantastic job!

  The UPS store on tranquil sound drive near Davis Drive provides excellence service. In and out in 2 minutes and they have a great positive attitude. It’s a pleasure dealing with them.

  I had another great experience today at The UPS Store. The team here is consistently friendly, which unfortunately feels like a rarity these days. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted right away—what a concept! Even better, they actually smile, something that seems to be a forgotten aspect of customer service in many places. I genuinely enjoy coming into this store because of the welcoming atmosphere and the way they treat their customers. It makes a difference. Keep up the great service—well done, folks!

  I just had the best UPS experience I’ve ever had—truly exceptional, and I say this having used UPS in Mexico and the Philippines. Nothing compares to this team. Over the past two days, I came in needing help with printing, notary services, and preparing a return envelope and label for an important document. It was not straightforward at all—but this incredible crew made everything feel easy, seamless, and supported. Krishawna was outstanding. My request was complicated and honestly a bit confusing, but she immediately understood what needed to be done. She guided me step by step with so much patience, confidence, and expertise. You can tell she really knows her work—and cares. Rashy brought such a warm, bubbly, and positive energy. He was polite, cheerful, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. He also helped me set up my UPS account, patiently guiding me through each step and making sure everything was done correctly. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out. Josh truly went above and beyond. When I needed an additional witness for my notary, he didn’t just say it wasn’t possible—he found a solution. He called in support and kindly asked if I could wait a few minutes so another staff member who was already getting in could assist. That level of initiative and care is rare. Christie and CJ were also wonderful—both very polite, helpful, and professional throughout. This team didn’t just do their jobs—they exceeded expectations in every way. I felt supported, respected, and taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for making a stressful process so much easier. This is what great service looks like.🤍✨🙌🏼
