  Guys stay away from this place. I went in seeking advice about my laptops and was given questionable guidance - specifically, I was told to remove RAM from a non-working laptop and install it into another device without proper evaluation or clear explanation of risks. What concerned me more was the way the interaction was handled. That person was overly pushy and made me uncomfortable, insisting I follow their approach and discouraging me from seeking a second opinion elsewhere. I left feeling confused and pressured rather than helped. If you’re looking for professional, respectful, and transparent service, I would suggest going somewhere else.

  10/10! I cannot explain how much I would recommend this business for anyone requiring tech or computer help. Robert took his time teaching me as we went along, which was invaluable. He personally helped me find a pivot when I had the wrong case, making it possible for me to get my build on the same day. You will be thankful for choosing On-site Computing!

  Robert is extremely knowledgeable and an awesome all around guy. He got my PC working properly and even set up Call of Duty for me! 10/10 would recommend

  Took y computer to another place to get it fixed. After the repairs were complete it was not done properly so I brought it here. Excellent service got right on it and got it done FAST and MOST IMPORTANTLY got it done correctly. If you are looking for a computer repair facility look no further call and book your repair NOW. Super service!

  He said he fixed my laptop by replacing a drive. Originally I was told they were going to do something else to fix it. He texted me saying it’s ready and the line on the screen was is gone which wasn’t the original problem. The screen was going black. He said well whatever it was it’s fixed…So I was already skeptical…
