- NNNLTVNov 21, 20255.0These people are great. Seems like y’all are a bunch of grown crybabies making post complaining about things you should know to bring like pens etc. How dumb can you be?? And so what they closed 4 mins early. If you arrive at 4:56pm, knowing they close at 5pm, come the next day! Nobody wants to wait because you can’t keep time. You want your items delivered on time, but want to come right before cutoff time?? Doesn’t make sense. And complaining about prices?? Drive your mail where it needs to go and pay the gas prices to get back n forth. Otherwise shut up. Great job morehead city!! I support you all!!

- CMCharlene MillerMar 7, 20251.0February I had to mail an overnight package to Colorado, It cost me $31.98 for overnight to Colorado the representative at the Post Office guaranteed it would be there the next day or you would get your money back was her exact words, The letter took 6 days to get there, I went in to get my money back and now I was told that she made a mistake and if the weather was bad you couldn't get your money back, This was an important overnight letter had to be certified it cost us a lot of money to do everything that had to be done to get the letter written to get it certified and to get it there which it did not get there, I asked to talk to the postmaster a man came out and he said I could not get my money back it was closed in the system I would have to challenge it on my credit card they did not care that I had a lot of problems and they did not care that I did not get my letter there or that I was promised my money back you could tel,l they had lackadaisial attitude,. On that same day I mailed 4 letters from that Post Office to New Jersey one of them had a gift card in it those letters from that Post Office never reached New Jersey. This is March 5th. They were mailed on the 21st of February. I told the Post Office manager that I did not get those letters delivered either and they had gift cards in them. He could care less his response was when they leave the Post Office were not responsible for it. There is only one Afro-American lady in that Post Office who is professional I don't know her name she's tall but she's professional she seems to care she has empathy and she has watched me Be embarrassed by the other woman that's in there an older lady that's ready or should retire who has a argumentative and very sharp short temper I have reported her in the past and there was no nothing done about it. I stopped going there for a year. But on this day I had to get that letter out and I went to my local Post Office I go all the way to Newport or Swansboro so not to use my local Post Office because of the lady that's in there and because of the poor poor customer service. What is wrong with our Post Office. I have seen people cry in that Post Office from the attendant behind the counter I have seen people be Humiliated.. I will not go back to this Post Office I am also writing a letter to the top postmaster this is wrong. I thought you couldn't tamper with the United States mail. Or is this Post Office exempt from that law as well?

Most employees here that I've interacted with have zero social skills or personality. Francisco is the only exception- he is friendly and helpful.
