  No Help with locating products asked to leave the line. After asking for help just be ignored. This staples has lost its value look at the upkeep looks run down just like its employment.

  Morehead City NC I needed a contract that emailed to me . ( at beach and not at cpu) it needed to be printed sign and email back. I was lost on how to do it without my printed. Went in side and ask the young man at the printing counter. I help me with the printing and emailing back. He was kind and patient with me . He help me and he such a wonderful young Man Thank you Staples for have you personal to be outstanding . Randy

  The customer service at the printing/photo counter this morning was unacceptable. A young woman came in to have something printed in memory of her mother, who recently passed away, for her upcoming celebration of life. Instead of kindness or understanding, she was met with rudeness and complete indifference. The associate was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero empathy — an appalling response under such circumstances. When she returned later to pick up the order and shared what had happened, another associate brushed it off as if it didn’t matter. That level of disregard speaks volumes about the store’s training and culture. No one grieving a loved one should be treated this way. Compassion and basic decency cost nothing. I won’t be returning, but I hope management takes this as a serious wake-up call to address how their staff treats customers — especially those going through something so personal
