- EDEmber DowningDec 5, 20251.0There is a woman at the post office that is very rude and hassles my mom and I for keeping our mail/packages. We keep them on hold during the holiday to prevent theft. We do follow protocol with showing our ID but nothing is good enough for her. She demands to see the ID more then once in a visit and treats us holding our mail/packages like we are committing a crime. And she never gives us a chance to review her on the POS system after.
