- VWVerna WilsonFeb 10, 20262.0Our mail is constantly being miss boxed. My W2's seem to be missing. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and I have tried calling the post office multiple times and nobody will pick up the phone. I guess I will have to take a chunk out of my Saturday morning and drive down there. Also, according to Amazon, the package is ready for pickup at Boomer post office. If it was left there, it was put in somebody else's post office box because I don't have one! I have a mail box at my house. Edit on my review. This package belongs to my neighbor living on Wilkesboro Blvd. My husband has a package stuck at the Boomer Post Office according to them per his request. NOT true. He wanted it delivered to the house. They STILL WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE at Moravian Falls!

We do follow protocol with showing our ID but nothing is good enough for her. She demands to see the ID more then once in a visit and treats us holding our mail/packages like we are committing a crime. And she never gives us a chance to review her on the POS system after.

- DHDenise HolderOct 15, 20185.0Always friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable as well. I have one issue however. I ordered a $50 remote for my flat screen. They showed it as being delivered but I never received the remote. It wasn't in my mailbox. I had other packages in there but that wasn't one of them. There are two other mailboxes next to my & I explained that that scanner can't distinguish which of the three mailboxes it was placed in. I was told I could file a claim but it more than likely be denied. I tried numerous times to file said claim online but the site kept denying me access. Now I'm out of $50 that I paid for that remote which I waited patiently for about 2 weeks for it to arrive. I am a retired postal clerk & I am truly disappointed with the outcome of this situation. That's my two cents worth!
