The only star I gave is only for the great clerks they have there. They are attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately it is the supervisor that drops the ball when I came in with a situation of a treasury check that I received with the barcode torn off. My self being ex- law enforcement is called the sheriff, FBI and the post master for the area. I had a police report number on hand in less than 20 minutes. When I went to the post office the supervisor was in a conference call so I left my information so that she could contact me after but apparently it was too much to ask. So I called the post master again after no one called but I can assure you that nothing will be done from the post office supervisor or post master. I will continue to visit due to the great and friendly clerks but that is all.

Downtown Mooresville branch has its share of infrastructure issues (leaky roof, no internet )which shuts down the service windows. Staff are very good.

We were supposed to get mail MONTHS ago, or at least that’s what they said. They just tell you want you want to here. We have been “added to a route” several times yet haven’t gotten a single package or envelope. We have to drive 15 minutes to pick up our mail which they can never find.

I have to agree with all the bad reviews, they always give out misleading information having you run around looking for your package. Either that or your package is always late.

This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had with USPS in North Carolina. The staff often provides misleading information, saying whatever they think might appease you, rather than addressing the issues. Their service is frequently lazy and inconsistent, leaving me frustrated with delayed packages and unanswered questions. I’ve had numerous instances where my mail was not delivered on time, and when I reached out for assistance, I received vague responses that did not resolve my concerns. Overall, it has been a highly disappointing experience.
