After picking myself up off the floor, I called this store to see if we could still catch the delivery and alter the delivery method (after all - we probably don’t need overnight ✈️✈️ delivery for a package going from Mooresville to Mint Hill 😆). Melanie answered the phone and she was amazing. Listened to my sob story, found the package, processed the refund and relabeled it for the correct shipping - saving me $40! Customer service ain’t like it used to be - but this UPS store proved differently yesterday. This is why I will ALWAYS choose UPS over USPS. Thank you for your kindness and efficiency yesterday!! Great store that actually cares about their customers - even over the phone!
