    This is hands down the best UPS store anyone can go to. The store is always clean, organized and they do everything here and the staff is very good. Becky helped me with printing notary and shipping. The store is super busy but she took her time to help with a big smile she answered all my questions and was a rockstar at doing multiple things at once without making me feel rushed.

    Just when you think all hope is lost on ever receiving good customer service, something like "this" happens. I needed to return some shipments I received. I had never used a UPS Store to process returns. The instructions said to print out the QR Code and take the items to the UPS Store and they would take care of the rest. And that is exactly what happened. I was greeted cheerfully( and this is at the end of a Friday ) by one of the store's agents whose name was Melanie. I mentioned I had these items to return but didn't know how to complete the instructions. She told me to give her the sheets with the QR Codes and the packages and she would take care of the rest..... "We do this all the time", she said. I opened the packages, she sorted them out for each sheet, bagged them up, and asked if there was anything else she could do for me... even asked if I needed stamps or any other services. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided by Melanie at this UPS Store! I don't know who owns this particular franchise, but if the rest of your agents are anything like Melanie, I'm confident this store has to rank in the top of all UPS Stores in the nation for customer service. I've been cautiously optimistic any time I walk into a store or restaurant any more based on my experiences over the last few years. Thank you Melanie for giving me a truly unexpected level of customer service!

    Yesterday I asked a friend to ship something across town for me - there was a little mixup I shipping methods and she ended up paying for a service we simply didn’t need for an in town shipment. After picking myself up off the floor, I called this store to see if we could still catch the delivery and alter the delivery method (after all - we probably don’t need overnight ✈️✈️ delivery for a package going from Mooresville to Mint Hill 😆). Melanie answered the phone and she was amazing. Listened to my sob story, found the package, processed the refund and relabeled it for the correct shipping - saving me $40! Customer service ain’t like it used to be - but this UPS store proved differently yesterday. This is why I will ALWAYS choose UPS over USPS. Thank you for your kindness and efficiency yesterday!! Great store that actually cares about their customers - even over the phone!

    I just want to say how kind, fast; and efficient this ups location has been. Specifically I want to give credit for Melanie! She notarized papers for me, twice and she was so soft; polite; and kind to me. I was stressed out about this whole thing but she made me feel so at ease! I’d highly recommend this location and if you ever need a notarized form done- please go see Melanie!

    This store has got to be the number one store for UPS. The entire staff is amazing. Trevor who is their graphic artist is outstanding, his kindness knowledge compassion is beyond. The accuracy this staff has is remarkable in all ways. Customers are taking care of in such a timely manner. They always apologize for waiting a minute or two. We are lucky to have this staff here in mooresville. once again trevor thank you so much for helping me in my time of need.As you know, i've had many losses in the family this year and you guys have been outstanding with printing ,faxing, photos et cetera. Thank you again for your professionalism.
