  Visited the store last weekend and there was some confusion regarding an out of stock chair. Sondra resolved the issue and I was able to pick up a chair today. I shop at this location often and will definitely be returning soon. Employees are helpful and go out of their way for customers.

  This is a decent Staples, but it's in a slow decline. I've relied on this location for printing needs and office supplies for a number of years. However, my experience today was far from perfect. The self service printer kiosk machines have been Glitch-o-matics the last couple of times I've been there. Constant screen freezing, paper jams, etc. The workers are friendly, and they try really hard to keep everything working smoothly.

  Terri was such a lifesaver and a breath of fresh air. We were trying to get some stationary done for our wedding that is in 3 days. After going to multiple locations, she was the only one who knew what she was doing and helped us out as much as she could. She put in extra effort when she did not have to. If you guys were to consider anyone for a raise it should definitely be her. We are beyond thankful to have worked with her! Thank you Terri!!!

  We used the printing services for an upcoming event and the young lady working in that section was extremely helpful and went far beyond our expectations in assisting us. We thought she was a great example of an employee with a “can do” positive attitude.

  My husband and I went in for our TSA PreCheck appointment and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Casey was extremely unfriendly, did not explain any of the procedures, and came across as quite hateful. Definitely not the professional experience we expected from Staples.
