The staff member who assisted me didn't greet me and appeared annoyed by my presence. After experiencing two similar visits, I've decided I won't be returning.

The quality of their printing is exceptional and their customer service is amazing -- plus they are always SMILING. If you need printing done or help with graphic -- I highly recommend PostNet! Convenient location and nowhere near HWY 150!!! That's an added bonus!

When she tried to process my card she said it was declined. The same for a second card. I know that both cards are good and carry zero balances. She did not seem the least interested in exploring whether there was an issue with their card reader but just assumed the problem was with me. I left and went to a UPS store and shipped the envelope for about $20 and used one of the "declined" cards. I guess there is a reason that I had to wait in line at the UPS store but PostNet was empty.
