- MLMary LyonJan 3, 20261.0Horrible customer service. Only gave 1 star because 0 star is not an option! Paid extra for 2 day and was 2 day late! Went back about reimbursement and was informed that there was a “no guarantee” in place for this time of year. Had I been told that when I paid the extra, I would have sent at regular rate. And when package was delivered, it was thrown onto porch from about 8 feet. Will never use FedEx again.
- BHBrandon HartleyDec 8, 20251.0Horrible customer service, had packaged some items in a brand new USPS box, placed the label on it, manager (mean looking lady with a scowl) walked by service person helping me said they can’t take USPS boxes. Having done this several times before at this location without issue, was a little surprised. Walked out stating they deserve their 2 star rating, went to Choice Mailbox right down the road at the Publix Strip mall, walked in, got my receipt, and was out in less than 60 seconds. Included my receipt from choice mailbox (they are authorized FedEx Ship center as well)
- PAPatrick AlpertOct 18, 20251.0First ever Fedex experience. Shipped an overnight letter containing a card that my wife made for her dying sister. It's now scheduled for Monday (shipped Thursday). Not even an effort for a Saturday delivery. By Monday she'll most likely no longer be with us. BTW, this was to be delivered to a house, no signature required. There was no bad weather or any other act of God to prevent this delivery. Great job Fedex. I'll forever tell this story.

Instead of focusing on being efficient, she asked hostile questions and even took a personal phone call while supposedly waiting on us. She is an extremely poor representative of the company!!!
