The person at the post office has no idea what is going on and can't tell me why I don't get your mail even though I have emails showing what is supposed to be in the mailbox. The carrier doesn't care a microscopic bit and you or your mail and never does anything wrong even showing him proof. My packages are always missing or damaged, Any and all mail that is important either doesn't get delivered or is a week or longer late. I am so going to the cliffside post office and get a p o box

I just moved here 2 months ago and I make Halloween mask and run whatnot shows and everytime I need to ship anything they are on top of the game 100% super friendly and are always helpful. The manager there is extremely caring and sweet definitely people I could hang out with. This is the only post office I’ll ever use again.
- MMmassage musicNov 3, 20251.0My carrier does not know how to close my mailbox. I have people who go by my box who could easily grab my mail. I have called the Mooresboro, NC numerous times with no correction to this problem. My mail has been wet and I explain to them that I spent $1000.00 to build this brick enclosed box to have my mail secure. There is no problem with closing the box. The carrier does not take time to close it and does not care about the security of my mail.
- AAAshleyOct 21, 20205.0THE BEST POST OFFICE AROUND!!!!! This is the post office that runs the route for my home. I absolutely have never had ANY issue with this Post Office location. The postmaster there is an absolute delight. The rural carriers are too! If I've had a problem, they have went above and beyond to try and correct it. Just please treat these men and women with a lot of respect, their jobs are NOT easy & hardly ever safe for them to deliver our mail & packages. Lots of love for this place right here!
