Tracking number never worked. 4 months later I got a crazy bill from Verizon for not returning our wifi box. Even though we sent it out months ago. Verizon ended up sending us to collections for not receiving this box, which impacted our credit. UPS was not able to help at all and could not help us locate the wifi box anywhere. So now we are out a large amount of money and our credit has been impacted because UPS CANNOT DO THEIR JOB.
