She was so professional and was a beacon of light. She knew exactly what she was explaining and helped me a lot. Kudos to her and the fedex team at this location. Keep up the good work

I know that today was a different services and a case that saved me a refund for a return made last month. I didn't know how to track the shipment and without a tracking number, I'd have lost $300. Michelle used the info I provided and walked me through in how to get all the info needed and with this info, my shipment was found and got my refund back.
