  This is a pattern with our Monroe NC branch gives my ON TRUCK OUT FOR DELIVERY. No package. 10:20 pm So unreliable!!!!

  I went to the FedEx Thursday morning,Taylor at FedEx Office truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Taylor was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything was done perfectly and on time. It's rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such genuine care for the customer experience. Taylor is a huge asset to FedEx Office, and I hope their excellent service is recognized. I'll definitely be coming back because of them!

  Horrible customer service today at this location. The young lady named Taylor had a bad attitude. Rolling eyes, talking at customers instead of to them, not being explanatory but rude when pp don't understand or asks questions. Upon walking in I witnessed her be extremely rude to an older gentleman old enough to be both of our Dad. He became frustrated with her seeming to be annoyed that he asked a lot of questions. He had to tell her he was hard of hearing and asked if she could speak looking at him bc she was yelling but not speaking to him directly. How embarrassing! She then basically scolded him for saying that to her by yelling "I wasnt talking to you, I was talking to them!". She noticed he was clearly a senior citizen. I hope she gets written up. She needs a reality check. Then I wait for 5 minutes for her to tell me I was supposed to use the print and go service myself. I didn't know that when you had something emailed to the store you had to print it yourself. She pointed to the self service printer and then walked away while saying "Just put in the code". Ugh! She needs to have some more training on being detail oriented, working under stress, and being personable. The other young lady (with locs) was very professional.

  This store has a great staff that is always helping. Shout out to Taylor, every time I have a package she's been the one to help with proper box packing, even helping me get another box. Enjoy my visits here enough Im getting my printing done here as well. Can't recommend a better location.
