Hey this is Erica Broxton putting a review for the Postmaster General/CEO im having some complications with your postal employees regarding how im recieving my mail and my Social Security Card I made a slip for to have held at the post office in Mocksville,Nc there was some information that they did not notify me of regarding facts of mail being put on hold a time before this. I went there on the 22nd of January and accidentally put the 21st on the slip I did the slip on the 22nd though. But I did put that I only want the social security card to have on hold for me to pick up from the postal office in mocksville,nc i spoke with the manager Steve this time. The first time I spoke with a female employee to put my identification card on the same process for me to pick up from the postal office. I have been in contact with the postal office by phone before but now they don't answer the phone at all. Please help me recieve my socail security card. I also contacted NCDOT i put a message about the roads to stay cleared during this time about the snow. Thank you and have a nice day.

Mail Carrier marked our house “vacant/ or business no longer here” and started just sending all of our mail back to sender while out of town for work, while there is clearly equipment still at the address and the mail was still checked twice a week by a relative so the box was never full, post office won’t even answer the phone to fix this and just lets it ring until someone hangs it up, so our mail is still all being returned including checks for our projects until I can come back in town to fix this on a weekday. Worst post office and delivery driver I’ve ever had
