I have experienced several items shown as delivered and left in the mailbox just to find it has not in the mailbox or any of my neighbors boxes. I may get mail delivered 2-3 times a week if I am lucky. The whole bunch of them should be fired! Sad but I may have to pay to get a mailbox at the UPS store to make sure I get my mail!

He then helped us load each box until completed. They both delivered the VERY BEST Customer service we’ve seen so far and it was a wonderful experience. You can tell that they take pride and joy in their work.
