- GVGreedi VeganOct 1, 20255.0James and Vasu were AMAZING!!! We shipped 8 large boxes from NY to Mint Hill. James the manager offered to meet us out back to make load it easier. He then helped us load each box until completed. They both delivered the VERY BEST Customer service we’ve seen so far and it was a wonderful experience. You can tell that they take pride and joy in their work.

We often receive our neighbors’ mail, and when they can’t complete a delivery, they don’t always tell the truth. For example, one package was marked as “interference by an animal,” which isn’t accurate. I only have goats, and they are fenced far from the front door. Plus, my cameras show no one even attempted delivery at that time and day. I also had another package from USPS delivered at 11:52am the same day from the same post office. My guess is they left the package by accident. If a package can’t be delivered that day for whatever reason, that’s understandable—but marking false reasons in a federal system is not.
