Updating my review from 2 stars to 5...
We now have a postmaster that actually cares and has taken steps to improve customer experience. From mail delivery service to inside counter service, I have noticed a complete turnaround. Thank you!

Recently I had an issue with an employee named YANNI ...Very rude . The new postmaster Carl stepped in and took care of the situation. Carl is doing his best to get things turned around at this post office . Several employees are great and there is one bad apple still there. My advise would be to get rid of the bad apple which is well known to many of the local citizens in the communities surrounding this postoffice. .

The person at front desk is incredibly rude, never has a smile and makes you feel like your bothering him to do his job. This post office needs a new face.

They refused to deliver our treadmill. They gladly take the shippers money to deliver it, but refuse. Government agencies suck!!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. I don’t know why they still have the man, Yanni, at the front of the post office. He is nasty, mean and doesn’t have a bit of customer service, he needs to be in the back somewhere if not fired. I hate going to this post office when he’s working. I always try to wait for the young lady to be in the front to be served because she is more friendly. He is always nasty and negative, always got an attitude. Why do I have to drive to locust to get assistance when I have a post office right around the corner. Y’all need to let him go because he is definitely not the face of the post office you want.
