Juanice was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help me with my package. It was really nice to visit here.

We really miss miss Bob around town, he was a great guy and an asset to the post office. The new lady there is hateful, lazy, and incompetent. I drive miles before I let her ruin my day. Everyone in town says the same thing.

This is my favorite post office. Always a quick and easy stop, and Juanice is hands-down the nicest postal worker you will ever meet.

I stopped by the Micro Post Office today to send 2 items first class mail with tracking. Bob is usually there to help me greatly with the many items I ship weekly. However this morning Monday I walked in to send these items and the lady at the desk who fills in for Bob when he is out, was very moody and confrontational, I was very nice but this lady yelled at me about my envelopes and began to bend them over and over she asked me what was in them I told her baseball cards and told her I'd never had a problem with Bob doing it. She then got really angry toward me and in a condescending tone said loudly "Well I will talk to BOB THEN.!" I still am not sure what she was talking about or whether she was on a power trip or had a bad day. I absolutely love Bob his attention to detail, his willingness to always help me out and his kindness. But my experience with the lady in the office today will make me leave and use UPS anytime I ever see her in there again. She also told me that the United States Postal Service was not a function of the Federal Government which is totally false.
