- DDDana DanaMay 14, 20241.0BEWARE..do not use this post office to mail important documents on 5/9/25 certified important documents was mailed to sender from this post office the documents was sent back to the Mc leansville post office from Greensboro distribution center on 5/11/25 as of 5/14/25 my documents are still at Mc leansville with NO MOVEMENT

If there was an error on the package, why not send the package back to the shipper for any corrections that is needed? Every time I try to file a claim online, it comes back as”issue has been resolved.”

The tracking says delivered but we never received them. after calling and tracking them down, turns out they both were delivered to wrong address miles away. these were two separate occasions. Pretty disappointed with the service lately. and seems nothing it going to be done about it either.
