Tia, at the front counter, is warm, professional, and as patient as the day is long. The negative reviews here talk about the speed of the mail, or not getting personally handed their mail. I think those complaints are not relevant to the actual storefront, since they're beyond the control of the staff here. If you want more speedy or more personalized service, they need the funding to hire more people and improve the ratio of mail per mail-mover. Call your representative, don't tank the reviews. tl:dr excellent post office

If there was an error on the package, why not send the package back to the shipper for any corrections that is needed? Every time I try to file a claim online, it comes back as”issue has been resolved.”
