- SFSam FellowsMar 14, 20261.0I arrived at 3:31 while customers were in the store and the employee would not allow me inside to scan an Amazon return. He claimed the systems were down and they were closed (3:30) despite a woman using the Amazon return system at that moment. Customer service moment, failed.
- JMJesse MartinMar 7, 20262.0Got some items printed on card stock. They ran out of card stock halfway through and printed the rest on regular printer paper without letting us know. Went back after realizing it, they said they were out of card stock but would order it and have it the next day. Repeat two times. Still don't have card stock. Ended up having to go to a different UPS franchise and pay for reprint. It's a little thing, but at least be honest about it and don't just try to get away with not delivering the expected goods.

- JMJody MonkusJun 2, 20223.0RECOMMENDATION TO OWNER—policy change. When shipping a high dollar, insured item, allow your associates to complete the packaging while customer is waiting. My item is sitting in the open in an open box anyone could take it. I was told I would have to wait until all the customers in the store were helped first—“that it was policy.” Each time the door opens, I end up going to the end of the line. I was told to qualify for insurance, the associate would have to pack it. If that is truly the policy for the purchased extra insurance, then it should be packed while I am at the counter not told to wait until all the customers leave the store. Please consider. I waited 30 minutes after completing my transaction. The associate was kind and courteous. I have no doubt this is your policy and please reconsider for those of us not doing Amazon returns.
