She started calling the 800 # on October 3. Fast forward a week; approximately 8 calls, a few emails, a variety of responses from representatives including being told ONLY to call the shipping store can help resolve. It was only when my wife called THIS location it was finally resolved. My wife did not get the gentleman's name but he went " above and beyond " to assist and instruct her on what to do. We will certainly make this our " preferred location" from now on because of this assistance. Thank you for making the saying come true ( especially for me) "happy wife, happy life".!!!!!
