    Was hung up on twice over the phone. Gentleman was very rude and wouldn’t take my information down to place an order and was very disrespectful.

    I shipped a package out on 11/24/25. It was returned back to sender 12/4/25 due to incorrect address and I did not receive a call to notify me. I tracked the package 12/29/25 and saw it was returned back. When I called the ups customer service line, they confirmed the address was in fact correct and I was told I can come into the store to pick up the package and get a refund in store. I went to pick up the package today 1/2/26 and the lady at the counter told me she could not do my refund that I would need the manager and they would not be there until after 12:30 pm which was an hour from when I was there. I was told the manager would call me when they got into the store. It’s now 2:30 pm and I still have yet to receive a call. I have called the store multiple times and no answer. Would not recommend UPS as a whole but especially this location. I will not give UPS anymore business

    I had a notary appointment scheduled here and received the confirmation emails as well, but when I arrived, the notary (who was also the manager on duty) had already left. The staff who were there were polite and recommended another location, but I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get my documents notarized. I appreciate the help, but the situation was really inconvenient and defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place.
