    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The BEST UPS Store in the country — hands down. Leslie and Melanie are absolutely incredible. I’ve been coming to UPS Store #4069 on Stevens Mill Road for years, and every single visit feels like I’m walking into my own personal office. They know me by name, have my corporate mail ready before I even ask, and always go above and beyond to take care of anything I need — printing, shipping, boxing, whatever. It’s rare to find people who take this much pride in their work and treat customers with this level of care and professionalism. These two run this place like pros — fast, friendly, and always on point. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a team that actually gives a damn, this is the only UPS Store you need to go to. Five stars every time. 🙌🏼📦

    I walked in SUPER STRESSED!! As I approached the counter I heard was greeted with a courteous smile and warm spirit! Initially I was just coming to print off an email, within seconds of stressing about running to Charlotte to get things notarized and sent off, I was politely offered everything I needed without moving two steps!😳 I really wish everything in life was so simple and pleasant, but the reality is it’s not, but when it comes to my print, fax, NOTARY, and shipping needs… I’ll NEVER WORRY AGAIN, I’ll just pull up!! Thank You for really helping me straighten out my chaotic day!! My agent was Ms. Lesly✌🏾🫶🏾👊🏾💯 AKA THE UPS STORE ROCK STAR!!! She’s really LIKE THAT!!! Dope in REAL LIFE AND A HUGE ASSET TO THE COMPANY!!! You gotta NEW CUSTOMER in me!!! That manager runs a tight ship and the other agent was working like she doesn’t need days off she enjoys her job so much!! She was more focused than a baby trying to grab ice cream!!😂😂😂 NuffCed.
