Whoever the grey headed older fellow with the glasses that runs the routes in the mail van, he is the laziest thing I’ve ever seen to beat, if the packages won’t fit in the mailbox he just throws them clear dab in the dang road rather than at least coming 5 steps up the driveway and leaving the item on the end of my sidewalk… and then yesterday on the 4th he came around 4:10pm with the regular mail and I was expecting a package along with that mail and it didn’t come and then an hour later at 5:08pm he must’ve found it in the van and instead of bringing it by, he scans the package and marks “no access to delivery property” which was a lie he had no issue delivering the mail an hour before and there was no issue when he says there was an issue, it was pure laziness, so you guys need to get rid of him, he has always been a problem he’s too dang lazy

Why would you have someone who is so lazy and out of shape running a postal route ? He won’t deliver packages that won’t fit in the mailbox because he would have to walk 20 feet to the carport. Ridiculous.

Everyone at this post office is always so kind and friendly, especially Kathy. They helped me get my packages today and I’m so thankful! They always go out of their way to help, no matter what.

I live in Mars Hill and I had a package come to the Mars Hill post office and instead of delivering it .It was sent to Hendersonville, what gives do people not read or are they not paying attention to what there doing ? So now do they send it back to Mars Hill or are they going to send it back to sender which would be the wrong thing to do .
