I am disabled and when I tried to move my mailbox to the house I was told I would need a letter from my dr. I cant get them to answer a phone and they never showd up when they were supposed to. Why is it every other company has to abide by the American Disability act and the post office does not. I should not have to pay for a dr office visit to move this you should accept the governments decision when I was allowed to claim disability.

All the delivery drivers that come to my address are lazy! I have a steep driveway, so they can't drive up it. It's not too long, maybe 150 feet. They refuse to walk their lazy rear up the driveway and put the package on the porch! They told me they can't make the drivers walk up the driveway! They're allowed to just take it back, without doing their job, and say "there was no secure location"! So I have to put a tote at the bottom of the driveway or they take the package back to the post office and make me come pick it up if it won't fit in the mailbox! To make matters worse, I now have to lock the tote to my mailbox because someone stole it a few years ago even though it was empty! I would totally understand if I got a large heavy package, but the packages I get through USPS are always less than 10 pounds! When I first moved into my house they kept driving the truck up my driveway and tearing up the gravel making ruts! They would back down the driveway and try again, so they knew what they were doing! If they can't do their job, they need to lose it, plain and simple! They need better management obviously!
