- M2Mr. Larry 2020Jun 8, 20211.0Employee was rude and unprofessional to my wife when she went in to ask a question about a package. Later we found out that it was the wrong post office, but the employee could have been more professional about it and could have nicely told us that we were at the wrong spot. Instead she decided to be biligerant and rude with no customer service skills what so ever.
- KEK EJan 26, 20211.0*This location is NOT fully open until 5:00. It’s open but you can only pay with cash 4:30-5:00*. This location states it is open until 5:00 on the USPS website. I drove all the way there to ship out my packages before 5:00. She (I’m assuming the owner) stated that after 4:30, she begins her financial duties and because of that, she won’t allow you pay with a credit card, only cash. Something tells me that USPS would not want you to begin your accounting duties before closing so that customers can still ship, regardless of payment method. Incredibly inconvenient! I know that other USPS do not do this and they are pretty consistent across all PO.
