- BPBrian PooleJul 23, 20253.0The workers i have dealt with have been good and helpfull in the office. However why does this place smell like an aquarium all the time. Almost nauseating but if you can make it through the lobby you are good and you can hold your breath as you leave. The only other real complaint is if it says do not bend please dont force it into the mailbox by bending it.

But I had a situation that I needed to speak with the postmaster about and asked to have him call me. He never called. I went back three separate times, two of them to the same lady, and asked for him to call me. She assured me that he had got the messages. He never called, after four messages being given to him. The postmaster of the Madison North Carolina post office is the epitome of a government employee. He gets paid whether the public, his customers, are communicated with or not.
