Lisa always has a smile for me. She always helps when I need it. I understand that she can only do so much and has no control over what goes on with some deliveries and common sense should tell people this. She is an excellent employee and should be recognized as one.

These people refuse to deliver our mail. They lie and make up issues to save a few minutes. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When we called them on one excuse they made another .

My postel carrier is not delivering my packages. Not even a note to pick it up at the office. I was outside on the day my package was to be delivered she put the mail in my box but didn't even give me my package I was right there in my driveway not even 15 feet from my mailbox. People get life and death medications in the mail and they dont even care.
