- VUVictoria UttFeb 14, 20252.0For some reason birthday cards show up on our informed delivery but never actually make it to our house. Went to let them know what was happening and was told we can’t always go by the informed delivery… well then what’s the point of it? And even if we can’t go by it, the birthday cards still never showed up. Also, all other items shown on informed delivery are there that day, just not the birthday cards…. Has happened on more than on occasion.

I have YET to recieve not 1 of 9 packages that have should have arrived and one package that i had already bought and paid for plus shipping. They were asking for 8 dollars?! I asked her to hold it and i would come to usps myself and sort it out. I checked this morning and she has return to sender on my package. I'm utterly disgusted. I had such a great postman at my previous address. Its heartbreaking. If things change I'll change my review...until then I'm not holding my breath.
