  I recently tried shipping an envelope from the UPS Store in Locust, even though I usually use FedEx for this address. The rate for UPS Next Day Air Saver was $104.50 without a signature, while FedEx Standard Overnight (with a signature added) only cost me $48.20. The price difference was more than double for the same destination, which was concerning. I also had difficulty with the staff locating the address—even after I showed them the government office address in Google search results. The staff did put in effort to help, but it might be helpful if they received more training on handling these cases or reviewed the service options selected during quoting. While it’s convenient to have UPS in town, my primary need for this location has been Amazon Prime returns. Based on today’s experience, I encourage the store owner to review what happened or check with UPS about the pricing. Overall, I appreciate the attempt to resolve the issue, but the high price and address lookup problem made for a frustrating visit.

  I'm so happy to have a UPS store nearby. I've been at least 10 times since they opened and every time I'm greeted in a sincerely welcoming fashion. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Danea, Aryan, Amit and the whole crew for outstanding service, always with a smile 😊

  I usually come here to do Amazon returns. And usually with Amazon you don’t need a box or label, they’ll do it all for you. Well one time I went there with my baby, I had two boxes to return. I didn’t realize I needed them to be taped up. The guy told me that he couldn’t accept my boxes because i was supposed to tape them up. (He’s telling me this, while I’m standing there, holding my child in one hand and the box in the other). He goes ahead and tells me since this is a bigger box I’ll have to pay $3 for him to put a piece of tape on it. Wow. I told him that I’d rather go pay a dollar for a whole thing of tape at the dollar store and tape this box up and still have leftover tape for me at home. He then finally let’s go of this whole thing and said he’ll tape it up for me. But I’m sorry. The AUDACITY to tell a mom that they can’t put a piece of tape on the box while she’s holding a baby it’s just insane to me
