Apparently they only have one employee that works there because if they all take lunch at the same time something needs to be done about this. Mostly everyone goes to the post office on their lunch break there needs to be someone there to help customers.
- SBSusana BarnesApr 20, 20191.0Recently the postmaster decided to have all PO box customers complete new registration forms. The forms had to be completed and submitted with two forms of ID. They would make copies of the ID cards when you submitted the new registration. This created havoc and long lines waiting for the clerk. Of course they had only one clerk and a line into the lobby. Since there was a deadline, they should have had at least two clerks to handle the customers. This post office is by far the worst example of customer service and is very disorganized. You are lucky if you get your mail-ever.
