- AWAnita WilliamsNov 6, 20251.0Walked in the service area and the lady at the counter didn’t even acknowledge that we was even standing there. My 4 year old greeted her with a Hello and she didn’t even respond or look up. Finally another lady came up from around the back wall and said, “you need something?” No “hello, can I help you?” Or anything more polite. I asked her for a certain envelope and she pointed behind me saying, “right there, right there.” I almost went with the service but I put everything back and said never mind. She asked did I need something? And I said, I’ll just take my service elsewhere and left.
- MPMichael PhillipsApr 10, 20241.0People here are very rude. Went to get a package that was supposed to be delivered by UPS. But they took it to usps to be delivers to me instead. So I went to get the package and they refused to give it to me. Said I had to wait until tomorrow to get it delivered in the mail. Called usps customer service and told them nd they said that yea they should have and could give it to me nd just mark it as picked up by customer.
