If I could give you 0 stars I would. Don’t go here. Go to Erwin or Fayetteville before you stop here. The front desk is always hateful. He even post on Facebook condescending comments towards the people in this town. I never seen a place be so rude. Like my business doesn’t pay your salary. I can’t stress enough that this post office is by far the worst one you’ll ever go to. Period.

I’ve always had good service when I’ve gone inside, especially from Jill, but for the second time, the postman drove up my driveway and left the package IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY when it’s supposed to rain. The first time was a package of toilet paper. During COVID. When NOBODY was hoarding toilet paper.🤬

I have no issue with the post office besides the fact the service from one particular worker is awkward. I don’t know names but one lady worker was nice when handing me my package but the older guy that’s in there? Twice I’ve went in and he doesn’t say anything when he walks to the counter, he just looks at me and then when he hands me my packages and I say thank you, he still doesn’t say anything back. You’re still in a customer service position sir.. at least say how can I help you or something! I hate wasting my breath on people that can’t even say anything to you so from now on, if I go in there and he’s the one behind the counter, I’ll just say my PO Box number and grab my package and leave!
