The lies these people tell to control citizens is astounding. Harold the postal carrier lied to Michelle the postmaster. And instead of getting from behind the desk to see if he lied. They write notices that our mail box has a pothole and refuse to deliver disabled veterans mail. The pothole is not on our property. It is illegal to trespass and alter someone else's property. We have lived here a year. He has never had an issue delivering mail. We were told because it is not our property we would not have to worry about it by Michelle. But Kim Harden the post master made the call without knowing the facts. They held our mail from 12 JAN 26 until today. I am sure they will continue to hold the mail. Consumer affair, attorney, and new media will hear our voices. I requested Stephanie Dover contact number, email, something for which I was denied. This is why we don't need the mail system to have a title of government entity. They hid behind wrongdoing. The picture shows this is not our property. We have our property surveyed. Why not contact the property owners. All of a sudden he has an issue. You can reach the mailbox without getting out of the truck. When small man energy turns into control.

I sell stuff online as a side hustle and usually make 1-2 stops here every week. The employees are friendly and patient. I don’t know what people were talking about in the review about needing tape you should just make sure your parcels are sealed before distributing them to the post office no bad remarks about this place from me!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Literally asked for 2 pieces of tape to tape my box and the man behind the counter tried to have me buy a whole roll of tape. He then proceeded to say “well if y’all don’t buy the tape it’s gonna go to waste”. I literally needed two pieces of tape. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Do not go to this post office. TERRIBLE
