- DDddm4a1 ddm4a1Dec 1, 20171.0I called the lincolnton post office at 540 pm today to ask about my package that said out for dilivery my mail had been delivered already i gave them a tracking number he said he would call me back when he figured it out i waited 2 hours and decided to call back and check no answer with 5 calls .it said out for dilivery starting at 9am and this is a small yet expensive package 500$ that is crappy customer service and im very irritated

I have seen them deal with some down right rude, ugly, demanding people yelling at them for things out of their control and yet they continue to be professional and courteous. Don't know how you put up with some of these people but keep up the great work. Alternative for the folks that are so unhappy with the post office...use Fed Ex or UPS, pay twice as much and see if you get any better service! Signed...The Cowboy
- J4JTBD 417Apr 6, 20171.0House is down a dirt road so when I get packages that can't be crammed into the mailbox it means the packages aren't delivered at all. I contacted Amazon recently about a missing package and Amazon forced them to deliver it. So what did the mail lady do? She drove down our road, HORN BLARING the whole way, parked on our grass, and then came to the door to yell at US for making her do her job. No joke, she didn't understand the difference between delivering a package and just putting a 'missed delivery' slip in the mailbox and forcing us to drive to the post office to pick it up. To her they were both "deliveries." Yeah, this is why the post offices are closing.
