I have called back to back because I wanted to make sure a notary will be there Wednesday. I went on line and tried to make an appointment none available the whole month I guess. Really upsets me that you can't even answer a phone call.

I've been here a half dozen times when they posted that they were open, and they were actually closed. "Our systems are down" right as you walk through the door. Someone from UPS needs to come and get this store sorted out. This is an unacceptable way to do business. It's gotten to the point where I always call before I come here just to make sure they're open, and to make sure their little "systems" are working. I'm never coming to this store ever again. Happened again today.
