- RBRhonda BrownDec 30, 20251.0If I could give them a 0 or less I would... I have to do Easter egg hunts for my packages around my property (even one instance where they left a box under the mailbox, along side the road, unattended where anyone could just stop and pick it up for them self), they don't deliver things and leave tags that we have to go pick up because "there is no secure receptacle" (keep in mind they stuffed it beyond full damaging small things and as previously mentioned left it roadside...), "there was no one to receive the package" we were home and no one came up the driveway and now my absolute favorite... "they could not deliver because they didn't have security access to the residence"... I live in a rural area, there are no gates on my property (or any of my neighbors for that matter) but they didn't have security code to get in?! Call to notify the postmaster of this... "well...your carrier has been on vacation and won't be back until.... I don't know what to tell you"... Yeah that was a waste of time and energy...

- KDKitty DavilaDec 3, 20253.0We haven't received any mail delivery since Saturaday, November 29, 2025, at Chestnut Oak Lane, although some of the residents have received an email from USPS "Your Daily Digest for November 29, December 01, December 02, and December 03, 2025" mail delivery for those days.
- FCFabiano CunhaNov 21, 20251.0Absolutely incompetents! Rude, liars, and lazy! My mailbox was knocked down and they couldn't take 2 steps to reach for it. Still very visible and accessible. Also, couldn't take extra 15 second to deliver to the front door. They have their "rules" excuses just so they don't have to do 1 once of extra work! When I said "liars", their website stated "held at post office at customers request"(???) how so??? Amazing how this system is still not bankrupt, but I'm so happy that more and more we can rely on UPS! Shame on them!
- CQCheryl QAug 28, 20255.0I’ve found the Lillington post office clerk (sorry, I forgot your name) to be most helpful and kind! Considering the often complex nature of the job, (often unbeknownst to customers just because we live in an automated era there are loads of regulations and legalities attached to each mailing), and customers with preconceived negative expectations, she remains steadfast to assure the mail from Lillington gets properly stamped, sorted and sent on it’s way, all the while being human with family connections and responsibilities not unlike each of us. If we could just look at the world through the eyes of Source we would see the beauty in all of us.. So, thank you for your service!
