Today one of their drivers in a postal van was tailgating me in a very aggressive manner, the driver proceeded to speak aggressively (i couldn't understand what she was saying) when I took a picture of her vehicle number at a stoplight, she flipped me off with both of her middle fingers and then while driving took her phone out to record me in a way which I could only imagine was to provoke intimidation because she knew I took a picture of how close she was to my vehicle....initially I called the post office to make a complaint but struggled to get through so I went to the post office to make a formal complaint, the driver was already there and had been for a few minutes prior to me arriving, once she saw I had came in she began loudly telling her narrative of events which were incredibly untrue and manipulated to make it look like I had done to make her drive and act irrationally. I heard a man who I could only assume is the manager say, "I don't care.", when she told her side of events. I spoke up and said tell the truth because that isn't what happened and I'm going to tell the truth when he comes out here. When the "manager" came out he had a sarcastic and defensive posture, I told him what happened and his tone was no different than his initial posture, I told him I heard him say I don't care, he said, "are you sure it was me?". I said something to the effect of it sounded just like your voice, to which then he retorted, maybe it was me, and then admitted it was. I then let him know I didn't feel like he was being very professional and the postmaster should know what's going on, he responded by telling me the driver was speaking with the postmaster and the postmaster was aware. I said I'd like to speak with the postmaster and he told me the postmaster was in a conference call and I could leave my information if I wanted to. (Completely contradictory of what he just said) Based off how he handled the situation and his "intimidating" demeanor I did not leave my information and instead made a formal complaint with the United States Post Office. These are our tax paying dollars hard at work folks. I definitely understand the 2 star reviews, it starts with management i can promise you that. This place needs to be looked into a little deeper. No amount of PR will make up for the lack of professionalism in there, the one woman with short hair that everyone complains about was the most professional one in there today, if that tells you anything.
