You folks are a poor excuse for managers manager at Greensboro po needs to be Fired . Our mail is always late and sometimes we get none at all. Price of stamps always going up and service never gets any better. I have stood in line at Lenoir to get my mail and the two ladies working the front have no help, they run back and forth to get mail for customers. This is no way to manage our mail system !!

Have not been able to recieve the package due to "weather exceptions" despite my road being cleared of all obstructions for the last 2 days and connected to the main highway. I have tried twice to go to the post office to receive the package due to this, but each time I've gone they cant give it to me due to their courier already having it. But the courier won't deliver it due to "weather exceptions" that dont exist. So... now I either have to wait it out until this mess ends, or be the courier myself and request they hold it for pickup at the post office and go get it myself.
