I see why the reviews of this PO are what they are. They never answer the phone. I've tried calling 15x throughout the day. The HQ PO says I have to speak with my local. I am trying to find an Amazon package that says it was delivered to the PO large box. I had a key in mine to open the large box, but there was nothing there. Yet the PO tracking # says it was delivered This is like Catch 22 dealing with this PO. We have lived all over the country and have never had these types of problems. The Postmaster gets D for management. Hire and train more people.

Worst post office ever they lie and say they try and deliver your stuff but they don’t then they don’t put a slip in the box for you to come get it.always talking about they have no access to my driveway but yet I live right on the road and have two driveways… they are so lazy and rude I had one mail carrier a few years ago steal shoes I ordered for my daughter I reported it and about two weeks later they told me they caught the person and transferred her to another post office after stealing. My daughter also has issues they lie and say they can’t get to her home either but they can.

This past week has been the worst I have ever been exposed to. I am not blaming delivery postman, but the top level supervisors who didn't have the vision of the increase of employees need due to the explosion of population. You need a larger post office (centrally located) with a large parking lot(in a mall or near one). Finally fire the existing supervisors. side bar I would like to leave a Christmas gift at the postbox for my delivery lady which I have done for several years - If I can have her first name I will put the gift in post box. street name Cape Fear National Drive.

Terrible, probably the worst mail office I have ever come across. I sent some mail to my family down in Florida 2 weeks ago and they still have not received it. Can't get anyone to answer at the actual office, no wonder why no one wants to use the post office services anymore. They are not reliable and cannot seem to be bothered to do simple things let alone multitask. Might as well send all my mail now through UPS since they seem to know how to get things done.

I have zero issues with my delivery driver. He actually goes above and beyond. The problem is the post office itself. I understand they are stressed, and overwhelmed, however when I customer is trying to find out information on a package giving them an attitude is no way to treat a customer. I dont have all the information you do while you're sitting behind your computer. Even when I go into the post office I feel like I am just bothering certain employees.
