The service is abysmal and it’s a disgrace that this is a federal agency because it’s reinforcing the reasons why people don’t use them anymore. I’ve requested UPS or FedEx shipments for packages because you might never receive them USPS. Leland post office is appalling. Get it together or shut down.
- JSJ SmithFeb 13, 20261.0USPS Leland NC office definitely not reliable, they lose packages regularly They will state packages delivered when they were not, several days after Amazon given delivery date USPS will inform Amazon packages were damaged and Amazon changes delivery date to a refund in process. I had a package labeled delivered when I called to complain I was told they were understaffed by an angry employee, it was eventually found on a storage shelf at that office a week later. They’re now working out of Wilmington so it’s only gotten worse. If you have the option UPS is the way to go. And USPS conveniently doesn’t take photos of your delivered packages like other carriers.

Post lady says it should be here today so im assuming the delivery driver was just lazy and didn't want to do their job. This place always has some sort of issue which is unacceptable, how hard is it to deliver a package like come on.

- NZNoah ZavetskyJan 15, 20261.0They'll lie and say packages are delivered when they're actually not, they'll then hold your packages without giving you notice that you have to come pick them up. What good are they? Avoid using usps if you can help it. I ordered some car parts that were supposed to be delivered on a friday, I didn't get them until wendsday. Now its too cold for the next two weeks to install these parts. Thanks alot usps the Saturday I was supposed to have them was a nice 75 degrees and sunny. Fedex and UPS are MILES better in customer service and they are ALWAYS on time!
